Professional Supervision
I offer professional supervision for psychologists, counsellors, social workers, play therapists, educators and allied health professionals seeking a reflective, collaborative and clinically grounded space to support their work.
This may include psychologists, school wellbeing staff, learning support staff, teachers, school chaplains, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and other professionals working relationally with children, adolescents, adults and families.
With over 18 years’ experience working across clinics, schools and private practice, my supervision approach is informed by developmental, attachment-based, trauma-informed, psychodynamic and nervous system-informed perspectives.
Supervision can provide a space to reflect on your work, deepen understanding, and explore relational dynamics in a way that feels clinically sound and aligned with your professional role and therapeutic style.
My approach values curiosity, collaboration and critical reflection, while also recognising the importance of safety, authenticity and the broader emotional impact of relational work within complex systems.
Areas supervision may support include:
Trauma-informed and attachment-based practice
Nervous system-informed approaches, self-regulation and co-regulation
·Relational and psychodynamic approaches
EMDR-informed clinical thinking

Understanding family dynamics and relational patterns

Role clarity, professional boundaries and dual relationships
Ethical practice, confidentiality and child safety considerations

Integrating therapeutic and developmental approaches into practice
I aim to provide a supervision space that is thoughtful, supportive and collaborative, while also encouraging ongoing professional growth, confidence and deeper clinical understanding over time.
